We require two keys.  We keep your keys on file. If you are needing your key returned there will be a 25.00 return charge.  
Payment Policy:     
New Clients:          100% payment is due at the reservation.
Existing Clients:     50% payment is due at the reservation and 50% payment is due at first date of service.
If a late payment occurs, then the new client policy will go into effect. 
A 5.00 late fee per day will be added to unpaid balances after 7 days of return. Unpaid balances in excess of 15 days will be sent to collections and pet sitter/client relationship will be terminated. 

A $35.00 processing fee will be charged for non- sufficient funds.

Payment can be in the form of:  Cash, check and Credit card. 

Cancellation Fees:

Early Return:    No refund given

Overnights:       50% credit if cancelled within 14 days:  Please note overnights are 
		            From 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM. If you need visits during the day a separate 	
		           charge will occur per visit. 
Holidays:           No refund or credit will be given if cancelled within 14 days. A 50% 
                           Credit will be given if cancelled within 30 days. 


Client agrees they will be financially responsible for any additional visits required, special trips, pet food, supplies, veterinary visits and any injury to the pet sitter inflicted by your pets while in our care or training.  If contact cannot be made with the client within 24 hours of return by phone, email or text confirming your return an additional emergency visit will be made and clients will be responsible for additional charges.

Alicia's Pet & Home Care, LLC is not responsible for damage done to your home or property by your animals in your absence, nor are we liable for the injury, disappearance, death or fines of your pets with access to the outdoors.  We are happy to water plants/yard per your instructions, but we are not responsible for the livelihood of your plants. (I could kill them) 

Client authorizes the pet sitter to allow their employee/contractor to enter your home with them in the event of personal emergency or illness to the pet sitter that they arrange for a qualified substitute to fulfill the service contract. 

If someone else besides contracted pet sitter enters your home or property, all responsibility/liability on the part of Alicia's Pet & Home Care, LLC pet sitting is null and void.  Client agrees to not let any other person feed, medicate, groom or care for pets without the consent of Alicia's Pet & Home Care, LLC.

The Client fully understands the contents of this contract and by signing it below takes full responsibility for prompt payment of fees upon reservation of services.  Client authorizes this signed contract as approval for future services and understands that fees and policies are subject to change at any time without notice.

Emergency Veterinary Release Agreement

In the event that any of my pets or large animals appears to be ill, injured, or at significant risk of experiencing a medical problem at the start of service or while in the care of Alicia's Pet & Home Care, LLC I give permission to Alicia's Pet & Home Care, LLC to seek veterinary service from a veterinarian or a veterinary clinic.  Other veterinarians or emergency care clinics chosen by the pet sitter are acceptable.  

I ask Alicia's Pet & Home Care, LLC to inform the attending clinic or veterinarian of my requested total diagnosis and treatment limit of $ __________ per pet/all pets (most common values are $200, $1000, or unlimited).  I understand that efforts will be made to contact me regarding any treatments, illness, injury, or potential problems as soon as the condition is deemed not life threatening and/or contact is possible.  I understand that Alicia's Pet & Home Care, LLC providers work hard to prevent accidents and injuries, and that such problems may occur no matter how well a pet is cared for.  I agree to allow Alicia's Pet & Home Care, LLC providers to use their best judgment in handling these situations, and I understand Alicia's Pet & Home Care, LLC  and its staff assume no responsibility for the actions and decisions of the veterinary staff, the health, or death of my pet(s). 

I will assume full responsibility for the payment and/or reimbursement for any and all veterinary services rendered, including but not limited to diagnosis, treatment, grooming, medical supplies, and boarding.  Such payments will be made within 10 days of each incident.

I further authorize Alicia's Pet & Home Care, LLC and my primary veterinarian(s) to share all of the medical records of all of my animals with veterinary clinics in an emergency in the interest of providing the best care for my ill or injured animal (s). 
Every dog, cat, and horse at the site of service will be current (per my veterinarian's recommendations) on its rabies vaccinations prior to the arrival of any caregiver.  I will also make arrangements to guarantee that each animal will remain current on its rabies vaccinations throughout each service visit period. 

I agree to notify Alicia's Pet & Home Care, LLC of any signs of injury or possible illness before any visit as soon as the condition appears.  Alicia's Pet & Home Care, LLC reserves the right to cancel service at any location where a pet with a potentially infectious condition exists.  Alicia's Pet & Home Care, LLC strives to provide clean, safe service to each of our clients.  In doing so. Alicia's Pet & Home Care, LLC strongly recommends that each pet and large animal vaccinated, dewormed, and protected from harmful insects according to veterinarian recommended standards.

This agreement is valid from the date below and grants permission for future veterinary care without the need for additional authorization each time Alicia's Pet & Home Care, LLC cares for one or more of my pets.  I understand that this agreement applies to all of the pets and large animals within Alicia's Pet & Home Care, LLC.  In signing this contract, I agree that I have sole authority to make health, medical and financial decisions regarding the animals that will be scheduled to receive service.
